Well, the Pursuit of Happiness is an element of the Declaration of Independence.

The meaning of this element is to point the rights of the American colonists to protect their happiness.

Actually, during the era of British rule in the 13 American colonies, such values as equality, freedom, justice started deteriorating for the colonists.

Because the British government and King George III continued to abolish the rights of the American people to obtain happiness.

No matter, what condition is; but these rights can’t be taken away from them.

Whenever there any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it becomes the right of the people to throw that government out of power.

  • If a war has to be fought to achieve freedom from subjugation, then that war is reasonable. Even, God also supports the war.
